The leaves are changing and so is our little fashionista!

Wow! It has been awhile since we have posted. Lily is doing great. She is getting to be such a little girl - almost all of her "baby" traits are gone now :( But she is still our little baby at heart. Her recent obsession is Thomas & Friends or as she refers to it, "choo choo". She loves everything choo choo - it is so cute. She also likes to play with her baby doll and her tea set. Her vocabulary is expanding almost everyday with her latest two words being "people" and "mole". You are probably wondering why in the world she would be saying mole! She actually has book filled with pictures of different animals and one of them happens to be a mole - too funny! She is also constantly asking "What's this?" She even does it to test mommy and daddy- if you tell her its the wrong thing she will keep pointing and asking over and over until you tell her the right thing :)

Fashion wise, Lily is flourishing - we busted out her brown motorcycle boots this weekend as well as some leg warmers. She has quite a sense of fashion.

Fall outings
Lily has a busy October planned. Her grandma is coming into to town to babysit her this upcoming weekend and she can't wait. Also Lily's AZ grandparents are coming in for a visit this Thursday. They plan to go with Lily and daddy to an extra Gymboree class - Lily will love that! We also plan to go to the Shedd Aquarium on Sunday.

Lily plans to go to the pumpkin patch with her friend Kevin in a few weekends to kick of her Halloween celebrations. She also has a Halloween party and three different trick or treat outings (one with Kevin on Halloween day, one at the Lincoln Park Zoo and then she is trick or treating on the Southport corridor the weekend before Halloween) At least she will get good use out of her adorable Halloween costume! Her social calendar is definitely full for this month!
