The Sky Is Falling
Our new home got it's first big test this past week and it passed. No leaking and no flooding. Luckily we avoided the trees that we're crashing into homes all around us. Take a look...
A big tree fell down across from the church, it blocked the road for a few hours but then was moved to let cars through.
Our neighbors, who were on vacation, have a tree balancing on their roof :(
A few doors down, a tree punctured the roof of a house, repairs were underway.

Hi Lee,
Glad to see you weathered the storm okay. I think that was the same storm that blew down lots of big branches and a few trees here. I can't believe we never got a chance to see you this summer... where does the time go? Any trips home planned for this fall? We'll have to catch up soon!
