"Pumpkin Head"

This past weekend, we took Lily to the Oz Park Halloween festival. Everyone had a blast and the weather was great. There was a petting zoo, pony rides, face painting, hay rides and a pumpkin patch. Lily did not seem to mind that the hay rides were Chicago Park District trucks pulling trailers with bails of hay or that the pumpkin patch was full of pumpkins that came from huge cardboard boxes - that is city living for you. Lily decided not to wear her Halloween costume - instead she wore her pumpkin turtleneck and her pumpkin hat knitted especially for her by nana.
