Whoa...what a weekend!!!

Lily had a very busy weekend! She was up bright and early on Saturday morning to go to the Farmers Market with her mom and dad....Lily is getting so big that her dad had to switch her Bugaboo from the bassinet to the upright seat. Lily loved her new view and could not stop taking it all in. From the Farmers Market Lily headed to the grocery store to stock up on groceries for the week. Later that afternoon Lily was off to her first Cubs' game....it was very exciting...but unfortunately Lily wasn't in the mood for baseball so she left the game a bit early :). She then took a nice long walk along the lake with her parents before crashing into to bed. What a long day for such a little girl!

Sunday was just as busy....Lily was up early again (do you see a pattern here?!?!) and she was off to Gymboree to stock up on some summer stuff since they were having a buy 2 get one free sale...Lily can't pass up a good deal! Lily then headed downtown to the Coach store to help her mom pick out some new shades....she liked these ones because they have some pink on them (mom's new Coach sunglasses). Lily then went to buy her grandpa a little something for Father's Day..she can't wait to visit him next weekend. After shopping and having lunch downtown, Lily was off to Home Depot to get some pretty flowers to plant in pots for the deck. After she got home, Lily joined her parents on the deck and watched from her bouncy seat as Mom and Dad planted the flowers....they look so pretty!

This evening Lily had a visitor (Mom and Dad's friend Brian). Brian brought Lily 2 pairs of Nike shoes, some Nike socks and a Nike onesie!!!! (Lily's new Nike sandals, Lily's new Nike tennis shoes, but hers are pink of course ) Lily can't wait to wear her first real shoes!

As if this weekend was not enough, Lily is heading out to dinner tomorrow night with her parents friends and their little girl! Stay tuned for more pictures and updates on our little social butterfly!
